The term 'Kayacos' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website which as registered this domain. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.
These terms apply to products ordered via the internet and over the phone. Internet offers relate to internet transactions only and may not be available over the phone.

This website contains material is owned by or licensed to Kayacos or by the individual companies or retailers for which Kayacos’ has agree to facilitates the sale through this website.
The materials include, but are not limited to brand and brand names, design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. It is protected by intellectual property laws including, but not limited to Copyright. Use of these materials for a purpose other than to view or purchase the products displayed on this website is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent or the consent of the material owner.
The content of the pages may be subject to change without notice.
The prices on this website are in £ Sterling unless specified. If you are paying using a foreign account a commission may be charge by your bank. This is totally out of our control and these charges will not be refunded by us.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates where applicable. Please be aware that if you are purchasing from outside UK or from a European Union country you could be charge with import duty in your country when receiving your product. This charge is payable by you in accordance with the rules governing the import of goods of your country and may be requested and processed by the currier company prior to the delivery of the goods to you.
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered (whether this by our error or an error by any third party), we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods and the order is subsequently cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
4. Order process:
Orders and purchases can be made via the website or via phone following the steps indicated in this website.
Once the order is processed by our website and payment details a valid e-mail address is provided we will send you an order acknowledgement e-mail confirming the receipt of your request.
Kayacos has the right to refuse orders until payment is received in full.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, order acceptance and the processing will take place at which point the products you have ordered are dispatched to be delivered to the address you have provided.
In the event that we are unable to supply the goods at the price or conditions in the order, we will where possible notify you of any changes and where the goods ordered are not available we may offer you substitute goods whereby you will be asked to re-confirm your order at the new price and/or specification. You are not obliged to accept any substitute goods and will be entitled to receive a full refund if your payment has been processed.
You may choose to pay via PayPal or direct debit. If you chose to use PayPal, at present Kayacos is only able to process direct PayPal account transfers. Other PayPal will be available in the future.
Your order is not complete until payment is received in full. This includes delivery costs unless specified. If payment is later returned, it will be processed after confirming products are returned in line with our return policy and will be submitted to your bank or PayPal account as indicated in our filed. This does not affect any other rights we may have.
Delivery will be made with the following options:
Standard - Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class stamps – Standard 5 day delivery
Urgent - Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class stamps – 1 to 3 working days
International Tracked & Signed (using the most convenient provider which may vary from country to country).
Please note that our definition of Working Day is all days, from Mon-Friday, excluding Sunday and bank holidays and that delivery times are not guaranteed.
Please ensure you provide with a complete and valid delivery address. We do not except responsibility for delays due to a cause beyond our control. If you do not receive the products ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we will have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem in writing at our contact address within 60 days of the date on which you ordered the products.
7. Cancellation and Returns:
If, for any reason, you wish to do so you have the right to cancel any order you have placed (other than in respect of products made to your specification, clearly personalised. You may cancel an order at any point from placing the order up to fourteen (14) calendar days, from the day after delivery of the product(s) to you. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel please either refuse delivery or return via one of our return options:
The following procedures will apply: You can either e-mail or telephone us via the details provide on this website. If you have contacted us to cancel before delivery of your products, though your order will have been cancelled, normally delivery cannot be interrupted (except possibly if cancellation takes place within 30 minutes of order). Please refuse any delivery of cancelled products or return them to us.
We strongly recommend recorded or signed for delivery so the parcel is insured and tractable. You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your care and they will be returned at the customers cost, otherwise the returned goods may be rejected.
Return postage is at the cost of the buyer. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the products. We will accept them back, unopened, unworn/ unwashed, with original tags and in fully saleable condition.
